I’ve spent my whole life between to worlds - education and real estate. MCM University is where they finally came together.
I earned my Bachelor of Education from Texas Wesleyan University and my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington. I spent nearly a decade in academic research, classroom teaching, and truly analyzing how people actually learn. Real estate was always in my blood. I grew up in a family that has owned and operated MCM Real Estate Services for over 35 years - properties, deals, and the dinner-table conversations that came with them were simply part of life.
In 2020, I made the leap from the education world into the family business, joining my father, Steve, full-time. Together, we built MCM University to do something we both care about deeply: take everything our family has learned in real estate and business and teach it in a way that changes people’s lives. Entrepreneurship comes with its own bags of struggles - you just don’t know what you don’t know. Our goal is to remove the noise and clear a path for people to achieve success.
